Everything you post, share or search online leaves a trace called a digital footprint, which can be seen by others and is often difficult to fully remove — so it's worth thinking before you post.
Cyberbullying is using technology to deliberately upset or hurt someone. If it happens, the advice is always the same: don't reply, save the evidence, and tell a trusted adult.
Not everything online is accurate. Checking who wrote something, when, and whether other reliable sources agree helps you judge whether information can be trusted.
